Friday, we helped Jay reassemble the front of the dozer after a few modifications. Retapped some bolt holes, installed hydraulic lines, craned the front end into place and attached all the pistons. Runs like a tank. Alyx even got a tutorial on operating it. Hes excited!

Too windy yesterday to remove 70ft trusses. Today we removed all the lower tie ins, the rest of the back wall, the remainder of the viewing rooms. The boom truck will be back next week. The demo will be done. Time to finalize the proposal for the Clear Span structure that will occupy the same foot print.
