Great news! The Armory is OPEN!

A lot has happened since we've been able to work with you all. We're happy to announce we're back at our original location, 411 N Railroad Ave, Loveland.

This historic building has fostered our creative work for over 8 years now, and we'd love to have you join us. We have multiple standing desk workspaces, a conference room, and a private office for rent.

The Armory is moving. We aren't moving far, just east, across the parking lot, and upstairs. We're going to have a much nicer space, with the same flexible membership and access plans, but with gigabit (up and down) Internet, and a few private suites available.

We aren't quite ready for our members to move in, but you can get the idea about the space from some of these (before furniture) photos.

We've got some very big news coming in the next week. The Armory is making some great space available in Radial Development Group's brand new office space across Cleveland from the current space.

We will have new hot desks, permanent desks, and a few private suites. We're planning on being significantly more competitive than our new neighbors to the south.

Today is my final day running the Armory. I am grateful for the opportunity to bring coworking to Loveland and for the 6 years I had at The Armory, but my time to run the space is up. I will miss it but I know I need to make some changes to simplify life.

The Armory will continue to be a home for the freelancers, entrepreneurs, creatives, and remote workers of Loveland. Ben and Rebekah West will be taking over the business to keep it as a great place to work.

Had the unique opportunity to host a couple of guests today that are both deaf. It's so beautiful to watch them communicate through sign language.

Last week a man from California was in town to visit his fiance who works here. He worked at The Armory most of the week. I am honored to hear his perspective on the space and the community here.

We wrote me today these words -- "I wanted to say thank you for letting me work out of The Armory last week. What a fantastic space. I am working out of a place in Denver now that has a similar concept, but I must say - your space is better, more reliable internet, quieter, better atmosphere, the list goes on.

If ever I find myself in the area in a more long term capacity, I know where I'll be working from!"
