Our space gives food-based startups an affordable place to prep, prepare, and store their products at competitive, cost-effective rental rates—something we know matters more than ever as the cost of doing business continues to rise.
We take our space, our tenants, and the businesses operating here seriously. All members are required to maintain the proper licensing, permitting, insurance, and other requirements for their business. We want 240 Adams to be a place where legitimate food entrepreneurs can grow alongside one another and be proud of the community they're part of.
