Goodall's Pearcy House Antiques we will be on vacation and closed for the first time in 11 years from 6-19-14 until 7-10-14.THANK YO It was built and occupied by the Pearcy family.

Our shop is located in a lovely Victorian home built in 1867. It is on Main Street in the Historic District of downtown Middletown, Ky. It still has all the original doors, woodworks, hardware, light fixtures, working fireplaces, stained glass window, staircase and pine floors. This is a perfect setting to highlight our furniture and accessories.

This is a house in Middletown, KY. that was built in 1867 by Benjaman Wood ,who lived in it and raised his daughter, and when she was going to marry a guy by the name of Pearcy her daddy built her a new house down the street for wedding gift, and when it was all finished and ready to move in she approached her father and looked in his eyes and pleaded "but daddy I love the house you raised me in", being the loving daddy he was he moved into the new house and she got the old house, and she and her husband ran the Middletown grocery which was located 2 doors west of our shop and is now the Chandlers upholstery shop.
