Hello, Please join me in looking at my newest project. I had the amazing experience of getting to work on this *Custom* new build where I was the creator of the look from Exterior to Interior including all the details you see. When your clients become your family at the end you know you did something right. These clients where so wonderful from beginning to end and everywhere in between. Thier amazing daughter was very involved in the design of her bedroom and I was so excited to give her a space that she felt like she could wrap herself up in and feel like the special young lady she is. This is by far one of my biggest design accomplishments and I have been honored to be my clients choice for their designer.

I am very excited to post my newest project. This project was the project that kept growing. What started off as a 4-5 month Leadtime ended up taking a year to complete. Very happy with the outcome. With the remodel our team did the exterior and interior as well as the landscaping (see the before pics to truly understand the depth of the project) Please share your thoughts.

So excited to Share the newest project to be complete. What started of as a remodel quickly became a rebuild. We took a very traditional home and made it into a home that was fitting for its surroundings. I love that my client trusted my vision and let me lead them through the process. They where involved in every step so that makes the process easier. Please share your thoughts in the comments below

NEW PROJECT ALERT!! This new construction build has lots of custom options. From lighting, art and furniture. My favorite additives are the glass walls for his office and the hidden door/Bookcase that goes to a kids play area under the stairs. Client wanted a neutral pallet with Navy as the accent color throughout.

A designer job is hopefully never done. Case in point this family room was previously done but it always seemed to be missing something. Was it light? Was the color off? Was it to flat? It was all of it. So, to update the room I continued the wall paneling from the dining room and added scones from which were the perfect compliment of the dining room sconces and chandelier. I removed the orange rug to bring in a more textured cool tone. I added beautiful pillows (hand blocked and printed) and she completed the room with these new beautiful drapery panels at that add the warmth to the room it needed. Hello there, it feels like it has been a long time coming but I can now share this project with you. This home has become a very important project for my amazing partner, Stan Lim, and me, our first home together!
What was a very traditional style (build in 1988) I took and converted a modern farmhouse and used a black and white pallet while adding burnt orange accents as a pop of color seen throughout.
Special thanks to, Sarah Elizabeth Strader, for the amazing custom drapery, which you can see in our dining room. You can check out her work on her Instagram page, she is truly an artist.
Special thanks to Fabricut, I used their wall coverings throughout the home.
The list of vendors goes on and on and I could not have done any of what I do without their support.
