George and I feel incredibly humbled to be selected for the cover story feature in LADT News.
When we started our business 22 years ago, we had no idea how the journey would unfold. Early on, we began working with clients in the hospitality industry, which helped us expand our reach to both domestic and international contracts. During the 2008 recession, we launched our furniture rental division, which played a crucial role in navigating that challenging time. Since then, we've had the privilege of providing unique, custom furnishings for events and we also offer event production services. Today, we operate from a 23,000-square-foot facility and are excited to soon launch a nonprofit training program focused on upholstery, cutting, and sewing.
Our knowledge of furniture-making and our passion for sports have taken us to exciting places like SoFi Stadium, Intuit Dome, Super Bowl LVI, and the Rams Victory Parade at the Los Angeles Coliseum. Building on this foundation, Vitality Furniture looks forward to becoming a major contractor for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, 2027 Super Bowl, and the 2028 Olympics and Paralympics. Our experience in sports and entertainment projects builds on everything we have enjoyed working on in hospitality, restaurants, and mixed-use developments.
Establishing strong connections with like-minded organizations has been key to Vitality Furniture’s success. We were thrilled to collaborate with AEG and the LA Mayor’s Office, providing furniture for the 2024 SESD Summit. We've also had the privilege of working with industry leaders like AECOM and Turner Construction. Additionally, we are proud to be active members of the Network of Women in Hospitality (NEWH), LASEC Business Connect, BOMA, the African American Chamber of Commerce, and NAWBO.
Thank you to DTNews for this wonderful feature, and to our clients, partners, and team for your continued support. Here’s to many more years of creating beautiful, functional furniture and helping make special moments unforgettable.
