These walls have seen a lot of change. 💌 Before our building became home to Curate Company, it was Edwards Furniture, a longtime fixture on Logan’s Main Street. For more than 60 years, its original brick façade was hidden behind the metal exterior many locals still remember.

When we began the exterior renovation in 2021, we didn’t know exactly what we would find underneath. What emerged was remarkably well preserved: original brick, dentil molding, corbels, and steel columns, details that had been hidden for decades. We’re proud to be part of the next chapter of this historic downtown building. There’s much more to its story. Read the full history at the link in our bio.

Here’s a quick look at our designers putting the finishing touches on the space. This office is designed for working, crafting, and enjoying, with plenty of comfortable places to sit. The furniture is from Curate Company, but the highlight is this storybook floral wallpaper from Thibaut. It set the tone for the entire room and made this office feel like a little world of its own. 🕊️

Loving this modular green sectional, you can also special order it (also available in coral orange fabric) and configure it to your own space plan at home, come on in and try it out! Traditional blue rug, round ottoman, landscape large scale artwork, and a chandelier pull it all together.

Bedroom Design: Inspired by the tile, the downstairs bedroom took on a classic feel with a slightly earthy palette. The design came together after the tile was selected, echoing its black-and-white pattern while pulling in the warm, natural greens seen just outside the windows.

A geometric wool rug grounds the room, while warm wood tones, layered bedding, and touches of black carry the palette throughout. We love how all of the individual pieces come together to make the room feel collected, comfortable, and functional.

Designer Walkthrough: for this space, Makenna leaned into color with Benjamin Moore’s Boothbay Gray, adding sconces, patterned carpet, and comfortable seating to give the room plenty of interest and warmth. With beautiful windows already bringing in so much natural light, the palette was inspired by the view, pulling the colors from outside in and creating a workspace that feels comfortable, calming, and collected.
