Detailed a Toyota Sienna minivan out in Manlius today for a new customer.

This one was very well cared for — leather seats, rubber mats, and not overly trashed, so it only took about 3 hours from start to finish.

I put together a before-and-after walkthrough so you can see the difference a good detail still makes, even on a vehicle that’s already been taken care of.

My parents, my two brothers, and me — three boys, with me right in the middle.

Today I’m grateful for my parents’ courage, the sacrifices they made, and the life we’ve been able to build here.

⚠️ Auto Detailing Business Owners — Scam Warning ⚠️

Just had this happen on my Google Business Profile, and I wanted to give everyone a heads-up.

A fake reviewer left a review that had nothing to do with an actual customer experience and instead tried to solicit business by offering to “remove negative reviews” and help get more 5-star reviews.

This is review manipulation spam.

If this happens to your business:

1️⃣ Open your Google Business Profile
2️⃣ Go to Reviews
3️⃣ Find the fake review
4️⃣ Tap the 3 dots
5️⃣ Select Report Review
6️⃣ Choose “Fake or deceptive”

If prompted for a subcategory, pick anything related to:
✔ Fake engagement
✔ Misleading content
✔ Review manipulation

My advice: don’t engage with the scammer right away. Report first.

If Google doesn’t remove it, you can escalate through Google Business support.

Subaru Crosstrek Ultimate Detail yesterday for a repeat customer in the Village of Skaneateles.

The interior had a little muddy evidence from his two puppies 🐶🐶, but overall it was not bad at all. I did a full before-and-after video walkthrough, and this one took right around 4 hours from start to finish.
