Project has come to an end. The clients are moving back in this week and couldn’t be happier. This project started mid February, so it took 3 months total. It was able to happen so quickly because we pre-designed and had all materials ordered or on site prior to the renovation. We gutted the kitchen, placing a steel beam in the ceiling and opening it up to the dining area and living room. We then replaced all the flooring, the stairs, redid both bathrooms on the second floor, switched out the lighting and painted the whole place. Without any furniture the renovation cost was $225,000. That is the cost of a non builders grade, but not luxury, full renovation of a 1800 square foot home.

Client directive was clean, simple modern…
The floating cabinetry with black hardware and light wood finish and hard angles is tethered by round black medicine cabinets to soften things up a bit and then we brought in some brass sconces with black accents to lighten up the mood, pun intended.

Special moments from project work hard, play hard. A comfy seated corner, a bobble legged Demi lune table straight from England, Firework art from the same artist that did a portrait and the prettiest burl wood bar cabinet which I’ve been told makes the evening whisky even neater.
