Maple syrup season is right around the corner, this boiling pan’s fittings had seen some better days, original fittings were installed with metal grade JB weld but this customer wanted something more permanent and sanitary, installed new stainless fittings to the 24ga (1/40th of an inch) side walls with no burn through to collect any bacteria for the most sanitary product and cleaning.
