Chilled Avocado Salad

Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp of rice wine vinegar
dash of salt
1/4 tsp. cumin
1 tbsp of Mama Mia Marinara
1 large avocado
1 cup of brown rice, cooled
3/4 black beans, rinsed and drained.
1 roma tomato diced
3 green onions chopped

Directions:
Whisk oil, rice vinegar, salt, cumin and mama mia in a large bowl.
Add avocado, and toss to gently coat. Add rice, beans, tomato and onion.
Cover and refrigerate for an hour before serving.

Easy & Delicious! Four ingredients!
Graham Cracker Bars by Mariellen
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. butter
1 pkg. graham crackers
1 cup of slivered almonds

Grease 9 x 13 pan and lay whole graham crackers in the bottom of the pan, covering the bottom surface.

In a pan on the stove, melt butter add brown sugar mix and bring to a low boil. From the first boil set timer for 3 minutes and still continuously. Remove from stove, add almonds to the pan and stir.

Pour mix over graham crackers, bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Let cool, cut and enjoy! ..yummy...delicious!
