Slaughtering and pig
½ pigs are $117.50
Whole pigs are $235.00
Processing (this includes your pork chops, pork steaks, roasts, ribs, ect.)
Everything is cryo-vac … $1.00/lb on the hanging weight.
Smoking
Hams are $1.00/lb
Bacon are $2.25/lb (includes slicing)
Sausage Making (You get to choose up to 2 of the 4)
Plain ground pork is $2.00/lb (1 # tubes)
Breakfast Sausage bulk is $3.25/lb (1 # tubes)
Italian Sausage bulk is $3.25/lb (1 # tubes)
Regular Fresh Brats is $3.39/lb (1 # pkgs about 5/lb)
Here is an example of a half pig… it can all be different depending on what size your pig is and what you decide to get made

99 # hanging weight @ $1.00//lb = $99.00
7.50 # regular fresh brats @ $3.39/lb= 25.43
7.50 # breakfast sausage bulk @ $3.35/lb = 24.38
17.75 # hams @ $1.00lb =$17.75
9.50 # bacon @ $2.25/lb= 21.38
Grand total of $305.44 averaging out to be about $3.08/lb hanging weight.
A non-refundable deposit of $125.00 for a half pig or $235.00 for each whole pig is required in cash or credit card at the time of being ordered, which will be taken from the processing fee at the final bill.
