Tip Tuesday! Keep your front or back door entryway organized and welcoming by designating places for all your coats, shoes, boots, hat, scarves, gloves and book bags. Hook racks make it easy for kids and adults to hang up coats and when there is no closet near by a storage bench can make a great location for shoes and boots and provide a place to sit while you put on your shoes. We are here to help you plan your space with lots of great ideas to keep your entryway organized.

Tip Tuesday! - Storing seasonal items can be a challenge. Keeping seasonal items together and labeling is the key. Using color coded storage bins is helpful too. To keep items untangled, unwrinkled or unbroken use zip lock bags, cardboard tubes from toilet paper and paper towel, egg cartons, tissue paper, bubble wrap, and fast food drink holders. Just think outside the box on the re-use of items you currently have instead of purchasing specific storage containers. Designate an area in your basement, a spot in your closet or garage to keep all seasonal items. As the seasons change it will become your "go to" area for storing past season items and retrieving things for the upcoming season.

Tip Tuesday - Use vertical space to store more stuff. If you have wall space in your kitchen, garage, living room, bedroom or closet, use it! Add shelves or hook racks to move items off the floor and to see them better. They will be close at hand when needed.

Tip Tuesday - Re-think your organization - Put your most used items at eye level, less used items below, and least used items up high. As we change seasons it it a great time to reorganize your closet. Now is a great time to put those tank tops and tees up high and saddles down low. Move your turtlenecks, sweaters, boots and close toed shoes eye level. This simple change will make your selections easier and quicker in the morning.

Tip Tuesday! Make your closet more inviting to look at. Invest in some matching hangers. A package of 50 can be purchase for under $25.00 at several retailers. Return all those wire hangers to the cleaners and donate all your miss-matched hangers. One idea is to use a space saving velvet hanger. (They also come in several colors)! Your closet will look more organized, shoulder dimples will be a thing of the past and since the hangers are thin, you could end up with more space in the closet.
