Cox Brothers BBQ in Manhattan, KS is the product of two brothers (Bud and Bobby) who have been in the restaurant business all of their lives. They wanted to create a concept in a fast-casual service delivery method and we helped them to just that.
We provided concept, design, menu, brand, development, business planning, investor relations, FF&E, construction management, HR, process development and financial oversight.
