Owner description: Lexington Village Theatre is billed as "The Premiere Performance Venue ", committed to bringing world class entertainment to the Blue Water Area. Located in the Harborview Plaza, the Lexington Village Theatre features a variety of cultural productions that enormously enrich the community. Beautiful Victorian architecture, including the use of period style oak woodwork, reclaimed brick, and lush carpeting adorn the theatre's interior. Lexington Lake House can sleep up to 12 people. A great LGBT friendlplace for a family reunion, friends retreat or couples get-a-way weekend.
Description
◾4 bedrooms (we close off one side of the upstairs for our two bedrooms-separate stairways)
◾One with a queen and ½ bath in the room,
◾One with a twin bed,
◾Upstairs loft has 4 twin beds,
◾Garage suite has queen and full size loft over the queen.
◾Garage isn’t a garage, it’s a rec room.
◾Bath & 1/2
◾Baths, kitchen, plumbing, mattresses, carpet, floors, etc., were new in 2008.
◾The kitchen/dining/bar is really cool.
◾6 burner Viking range, commercial-size Amana full fridge,
◾Separate full-size fridge/freezer for beverages, icemaker under kitchen counter, two sinks, 3’x6’ butcher block island; coffee bar,
◾Breakfast counter/bar overlooking lake, front deck is 50’ by 12’,
◾Fire pit (we’ll have a cord of wood sent over for $25—way cheaper than buying those stupid little plastic wrapped sacks of kindling),

Lexington has some fun stuff to do if you need a get a way. Of course sitting in lexington lake house back yard looking at Lake Huron isn't bad either!
