First item out of Bobs workshop is this corner shelf made of Aspen. We are charging $69.95 and it can be finished in clear coat, off white paint or brown stain. He will be making more of these depending on how well they sell so if this is taken let us know you want one and he will make you one.

Hi Everyone! Regretfully, I have to inform you that this will be our final year mowing. We are getting older and are not as capable as we were. We want to thank everyone for their business and kindness over these last years. Its been a pleasure to serve you!

We will have a small John Deere Tractor (38 inch deck, great for residential flat yards) and a 22 inch Toro mower for sale if anyone is interested.

We just had our first inquiry on fall leaf cleanups. Most of our customers know this has been a challenging year. I am still recuperating from a car accident and Bob almost had kidney failure in April. We almost closed up but decided instead to just focus on our regular customers, try to give them our best, but not take on anything additional.

So for leaf cleanups, we think we are going to take a few. We are going to make things easier and just take residential jobs that we can use our pull behind leaf vacuum on. If you want a quote please call 309-242-1596.

Hi Everyone! Wanted to let you know about some changes in our services for this year. Due to the cost of supplies and parts (due to taxation and inflationary pressures) we are not going to be able to offer tune ups and minor small engine repairs. We are sorry. We will, however be out mowing, doing small tilling jobs, leaf and yard cleanups and we still offer mower blade sharpening services.

Hi Everyone! Wanted to let everyone know that we have just purchased a leaf vacuum and will be able to offer fall leaf cleanups.

Please contact us for a quote, the cost going to be around $100 per residential lawn as long as the customer allows us to do the cleanup on a reasonable basis (every couple of weeks)

If you wish to have everything done in a single visit our quote will be higher (depending on leaf coverage) as those take so long.

We will blow/vacuum leaves away from shrubs, fences, flower beds. Pick up sticks, mow and trim and haul everything away.

Getting ready for spring!

Customers will notice that we removed tilling from our menu of services. Long term customers will remember our big yellow tractor. Last year it became unfixable. We decided to try a smaller tiller but it is just too physically taxing. So we are no longer going to offer tilling. However! We are keeping our small red tiller and if you have a small job (if we used it to till your garden last year, for example) we will still do those jobs. We are so sorry for the inconvenience. We do have a landscaper we can recommend for larger jobs.

Anyone interested in having their leaves mulched? We will blow leaves away from bushes/trees and use our lawn tractor to mulch them into your lawn. Let us know if you would be interested.

On the subject of snow removal. We have decided that we will do this service for our existing customers. We have a large John Deere snow blower and shovels so no ability to plow. We are going to charge $35 per snow removal and will be available at customer request. Just call, text or message our page.
