Gun display boxes we made for my grandfathers guns that I inherited. Glass is to slide in is ordered. Model 1899 Savage in .303 Savage and a Wi******er Model 55 in .32 Win Special.

Kettle stirs are in the works! Finished one on the bottom - the pattern. Then blood wood, canary, oak, two walnut and one maple. And they are on the new table saw extension / workbench! And yes there is a voodoo in the Ultra Shop lol. Stirs will be done this weekend if you are interested. Oak is sold but the rest are available.

Butchering is coming up and the crew needed a big kettle stir. Handle and paddle is from maple, the brace is made from poplar. Finished with mineral oil. Just another Sunday afternoon in the Ultra Shop!

Its been too long since our last post! Lots going on just not taking the time to post. Cabinet that was made to a custom size and to fit over a heat register. Self closing drawers and easy close door hinges. Now a break for a shop remodel. Pretty excited about the transformation! Pics coming soon!

Deer season is over so its time to get back to the shop. One thing we do pretty well is picture frames, big ones! This one is 18x22” but we have made them as large as 28x40”. Reasonable price too! Love this color combination, walnut wood with ebony stain. So if you have an odd size, want one made from real wood (harvested here in central Pa) or dont want to pay amazon prices let us know!

We needed to take a break from woodworking for this little project. This is the coolest wood-stove. Its at least 74 years old (thats when the company went out of business) and it was made in Lancaster. No more propane bills! 😁

Back in the woodshop! Feels awesome to be back. You never know what we are getting into. Kettle stirs made from some really cool wood! Kitchen island, gun display boxes, shelves all in play right now. More pics to come. Let us know if you need anything. We can take your idea and make it!

Summer is winding down. That means its time to get back to the shop. Four projects in the works here. From far to near, an island, two gun display boxes, shelf and taking out the file system and adding a bottom to a piano bench. Let us know if you need anything. Feels good to be back in the Ultra Shop!!!

It’s been a little slow in the shop this spring with trout season and yard work. We did manage to do a couple small projects. Made a frame for my wife’s diamond painting. Also made firework mortar tube holders for ourselves. And yes, we have enough mortars to fill every tube and more. 😏💥💥💥💥
