🇺🇸 My grandson Julius has been busy helping us get ready for America's 250th Birthday celebration! ❤️🤍💙
Using reclaimed treasures and a whole lot of imagination, he created this Uncle Sam from antique ceiling tin! I love seeing these young hands carrying on a love for creativity, history, and our great country.
As we look ahead to celebrating 250 years of freedom, faith, and the American spirit, it makes my heart happy to see the next generation taking pride in the values and traditions that helped build this nation.
There's just something special about an old piece of Americana made by a young patriot. 🇺🇸

I love the original built-in cabinet in my butler’s pantry and the original wall in my 1930s Tudor bungalow home. It makes me smile and so thankful that we own this home and being debt free is what the American dreams are made of! Now, I just need a few more coffee bean grinders or something fun to finish decorating the old wall!
