With regard to power restoration after the storm, Leesburg Electric advises customers that ongoing Hurricane Helene restoration efforts could in turn impact our efforts. All electric utilities, including the stateโs IOUโs (FPL, Duke and TECO) as well as the cooperatives may not have the resources typically available in Florida. Leesburg Electric is preparing for a major impact and our crews will be dispatched immediately as weather permits.
