I have 50 birds hatching June 6. Processing will be the first weekend of August. We also have plenty of eggs. With the prices of food rising NOW is the time to support local farmers. All money received from the eggs go right back into feed, equipment and more birds so we can maintain a self sustainable farm. My family and I thank you for your support.

Processing day is this Saturday. If anyone is interested in learning the processing and packaging process let me know. I would love to teach anyone who wants to know how it's all done. We are expanding our production by increasing the amount of birds with each flock and moving them into a pasture.

NOTICE: Due to shipping delays our new flock arrived today. Unfortunately none of the birds survived the 5 day trek across the country. I have contacted the hatchery and am waiting to hear updated shipping information. If you have placed an order with me then please be understanding and know it is not in our control. It's time to get the wheels back in motion. I took the summer off from doing birds due to losing too many birds to the heat. Well I am rebuilding my coop to make it bigger and better for the birds. They will get the same great care as always. I am ordering birds this week and should have them ready to process in 8 weeks. Send a message with how many you want to reserve.

Processing is just a few days away. I will have 12 fresh chickens ready for pick up on Saturday afternoon. Who wants one? There will be 20 more in about 3 weeks and 20 more in 6 weeks. They are $3/lb for whole birds and
$5/lb for boneless skinless breasts. Place your order now because these birds are going to be big and won't last long.

We are about 6 weeks away from processing. I got birds about 2 weeks ago with more coming this Thursday. I am trying to do 20 every other week so get your orders in. Whole birds are $3.00/lb and boneless skinless breasts are $5.00/lb. Breasts will be preorder and will require deposit before processing day. I will have wings, legs and thighs available also. Let's empty the freezer this time. I still have about 12 chickens ready to go. PM me if you want one

New chicks are on the way. I have some being delivered this week. More in May and June. We have a stand set up on W Cardinal St and Hobbs St on weekends. Fresh eggs, fresh produce and of course whole chickens. Eggs are $3/doz or 2 for $5. Produce inventory varies week by week depending on what is ready to harvest. Come see us.
