I know this isn’t woodworking, but I truly do believe in taking care of the body I have so that I can keep doing woodworking for many, many more years!
This week are doing our “testing” at the gym after working our way through the strength cycle the last two months. Truth be told… I push myself but never all the way because I am constantly “working out” in the shop carrying lumber, and just don’t want to be too sore that I can’t do my actual job.
This deadlift was 175 and I’m happy with it, but also I just texted my coach and said “maybe I actually should have gone heavier because I made that look way too easy” 🤣😬🤦🏼♀️
So thankful for a gym like and the community I have in the gym!
