Just Delivered this Angled Firebox Surround to a customer on Long Island yesterday.

Unit is made using 3/4" and 1/2" Cabinet grade Birch plywood and Solid Poplar material.

Side Columns have an Angled Flat panel that intersects with the Top Angled Top Panel.

Unit is 16" Deep by 56" Wide by 44-1/2" High and sits on an 8" High by 24" Wide by 64" Long Platform.

Unit has two coats of White primer applied to all Visible areas. Brown area is A/C plywood backer for tileboard.

Delivered this Custom Fireplace surround yesterday to customer. It was constructed from 3/4" cabinet grade plywood. The white areas have a Drywall Compound stucco applied and the dark areas have 1/2" thick reclaimed OAK applied. The OAK was lightly sanded to smooth out the surface, then a coat of Jacobean stain was applied followed by a coat of Satin Polyurethane for some protection from dirt.

Unit was made in four pieces for ease of moving. It is held together with a total of 12 screws.

Area where wafer board is seen will be finished by customer.

Unit is 51" wide by 16" deep by 65" high.

Just finished making these two small Boxes from Spalted Tiger Maple I recently stumbled upon at a local wood supplier.

They are each 4-7/8" Long x 3-3/8" Wide x 3-1/4" High x 3/8" Thick material. They have a beautiful mix of Spalting and Tigger Striping which came out when I cut the Slab into Long Strips. One has Matching Material for the Corner Splines and the other has Walnut Corner Splines

They were sanded to 400 Grit, then finished with Four Coats of Semi Gloss Spray Lacquer from a Rattle Can.

Just returned from Delivering this Custom Fireplace Surround to my customer. It is made from 3/4" Birch Plywood and solid Poplar. There are two Rows of Crown Molding beneath the Top Panel, a Mid Band o Trim and a Double Bead Trim around the Opening.

There will be Green Marble Installed where the plywood shows around the opening.

It has been sanded and then two coats o Primer applied with sanding between coats. Customer will have their painter apply Finish paint.

Just finished this pair of Walnut Nightstands.

They are 30" High x 16" x Deep x 13" Wide.

They have a 8" high Drawer which is mounted on Soft close full extension slides. Drawer has a Oil Rubbed Bronze Cup pull.

Lower section has an adjustable shelf.

Unit sits on 4" High x 1-1/2" square Walnut legs.

Finish is three coats of Semi Gloss Polyurethane.

Recently delivered this Walnut Countertop and Leg support unit. Installed and applied Finish.

Countertop is 1-1/2" thick x 54" wide x 56" deep. All edges have 1/4" radius to ease the edge.

Just finished this Custom Fireplace Surround for a customer in Katonah, NY (Westchester co). It is constructed from 3/4" Cabinet Grade Maple Plywood and solid 3/4" Poplar.

Dimensions are 48" High x 62-1/4" Wide x 14" deep at bottom and 20" deep at Top. It has two coats of Primer applied with sanding between each coat. I constructed the Pilaster, Corbels and Floor Tile trim in shop.
