We're back on top! After a late start due to the December floods we are happy to report that things are about back to normal with a 70" base and cat roads to the summit. We are training the guides and staff this weekend and will be welcoming our first guests of the season this week! Better late than never. Big 🆙 to all the folks who helped get roads open and trees out of the way!

Operational Update - As much of our state navigates the recovery from the recent mega storm we wanted to update everyone on our status. Our hearts go out to everyone struggling with the hard work ahead to ski season.

Base of Ops in Leavenworth - we had 6+ feet flood our shop/cat maintenance base but with hard work from the crew and friends willing to make it happen we were able to save most of our fleet and tooling.

Office - We are dry but out of power and fiber is down. As we clean up from the storm we will start getting back on track with phone calls and messages. Thanks for your patience.

Mountain Access - Tumwater and Hwy 2 near our Lodge base and Parking lot are closed. There is much uncertainty as to the scope of work and access moving forward. We will update as we hear more.

Our Roads - We have a week's worth of cutting and clearing of mudslides and debris before we can assess the upper Mountain. We are hopeful that our lodge and snowcat fleet is sitting pretty. It has handled many a storm in the past.

Snowpack - we are basically starting over at our lodge elevation and below. This week's forecast looks good for getting us back on track.

We have a new course available! and saw an opportunity for offering a course to folks with Intermediate to Advanced ski ability that want to learn, refresh, or improve their skills in the BC. We figured our "classroom" was the perfect fit! This course is scheduled for Jan 9, 2026, includes 3-4 snowcat runs, 2-3, cat assisted ski tour runs, lunch, and a fun filled curriculum taught be these epic instructors!
