To all of my cherished current, and future clients. Unfortunately,
timelines aren't always met. As much as we would like them to be,
there are many factors involved with custom, quality pieces. Take
for instance a recent project where the 2" thick hickory lumber for
the table tops wasn't dried properly from my supplier. I had to
scramble to find 8/4 thick clear hickory. Take for instance the
shaper motor that decides to lock up and need replaced halfway
through a cabinet door project. Almost all of the lumber that I had
milled from rough, had to be replaced. Take for instance when I
receive two or three deposits within a one or two day time period,
when I told my clients I'm currently 3-4 months out. There are also
the mistakes I make myself, I'm only human.....I'm a small, one
man operation besides a helper I have for big installs/deliveries.
There are also many projects that aren't documented/posted
here. I don't sacrifice quality for speed in getting a project
completed. Pictured is the current project I'm working on for a
client in Springfield. Each piece will be touched by me dozens of
times before the final install. Please have patience, and most of
all, thank you for your business.
