I started working with wood around 2008 and I am a completely self-taught artist. I started out making simple edge grain cutting boards for family and friends and have expanded my skills to intricate wooden designs to incorporate epoxy resin, stone, and metal fabrication. I have always had an appreciation for the art, seeing different styles of wood working and different species of woods with the

brilliant colors and grain that all naturally occur in nature. I enjoy making all sort of items from extra large dining room tables down to hand turned mugs and goblets on a lathe to a simple yet elegant set of wooden coasters. The joy of seeing a completed project come together in the physical form from an idea I have in my head is extremely satisfying. I also do commission work so if you have an idea or dream that you would like to have built, feel free to contact me and I can help bring your project to life!

Although I was working on getting my planer set up I still had the laser cutter working away. Making lots of coasters and trivets. Many types of cut coasters with whiskey, tequila, wine, and coffee sayings. And of course the “hot stuff coming through” hot plate trivet. I can make custom ones as well with names and sayings just let me know. Coasters are $3 each or 4-$10.
Medium trivets are $8
Large trivets are $10
