WE HAVE ALWAYS STATED THAT, ANY SECURITY DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE!!!! Once my husband and I start a project, we're will not giving any deposits back. IT TAKES A LOT A TIME, TRYING TO GET RID OF WHAT SOMEBODY DECIDED THEY DON'T WANT. Our time is just as precious as anybody else's. So please have enough to respect, to make sure you really want something built before you pay any deposits. Not being mean, but we gotta eat too!!!
