We have fun with small projects too! ⁣⁣⁣
Take, for instance, this client with a problem many in the yacht charter business face; ⁣⁣⁣
white vinyl seats that get dirty just by looking at them... ⁣⁣⁣
seams on the top that let water soak the foam ...⁣⁣⁣
the cheap foam taking days to dry off....⁣⁣⁣

This client decided to get rid of all that. ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣
We copied the seats to make better replicas with superior materials. The platforms changed from wood to expanded pvc, as well as the foam to dryfast foam. We then used a high quality marine vinyl to extend the life of the soft goods. ⁣⁣
⁣
The result is this simple design that will be sure to last. Here’s a peak of the manufacturing process.⁣

This fun extension shade was created with more than solar protection in mind. The orange was selected to match the orange top stitch on the upholstery. ⠀

The client did not want to create new rod holder holes for the stainless steel poles, so the shape gave us the opportunity of getting a bit creative. The result is this eye popping shade will definitely help this charter yacht garner more attention. ⠀
