Paneling Replacement for Premier Sportscar Service.

Making it happen for our Clients. The Arby's Food Truck experienced a major Generator failure, on top of that, we were unable to obtain repair parts. This led to a major project to replace the failed 20kw Commercial Gen with a new Cummins 20KW.

In order to make it happen, we had to modify the existing box that housed the generator and Extend it by an additional 10 inches to accommodate the New unit.
What needed to be done:
-Reposition and secure the Trucks Fuel Tank, and reposition the Fuel lines,
-Cutout box, floor and wall, Extend by 10 inches, and Weld the new Box
-Reestablish new mount location in floor of the truck
-Build a new base for the new Generator to sit on
-Cut and extend by 10 inches, the exterior access hatch
-ReFinish the interior box
-Re locate the generator fuel lines
-Re locate the generator 12v power supply
-Plumb the new generator Exhaust
-Run new Remote switch wiring, and install remote switch in the interior of the truck.
