Beyer's Furniture has been family owned since it was founded by Donald Frederick Beyer in 1954. Born in Detroit, Michigan in 1914, Donald Beyer while working as a foreman in the 40s at a tool factory in Detroit he had a mission to supply his local community with quality American made furniture. After he moved to Lapeer, Michigan he did just that.
After sadly passing in 1970 he left his business to his son Donald Beyer Jr of Lapeer, Michigan thus passing it down to his son and current owner Donald Beyer III. Beyer's Furniture will still continue to serve this wonderful community for generations to come!
