Since 2004, we’ve focused on only three things: making the very best poly furniture, figuring out how to make it even better, and providing customer service that no one can beat. Our area has become world famous for doing things right, and we don’t plan to tarnish that reputation. It’s a tall order that’s not easy to live up to, but we haven’t backed down from it yet. Our poly furniture is meticul
ously crafted by expert artisans who are passionate about their work, and who never cut corners. We’re constantly on the lookout for ways to improve. One big way we do that is by listening to our customers. What can we do to make our poly furniture even stronger, while also making it more beautiful? Is there a way to increase the durability of our hardware? Can we source a better poly lumber that will take our product longevity to an even higher level? What new products can we add to our line? DURABILITY - The longevity of poly furniture is amazing. Poly lumber is a strong material with the ability to bear a lot of weight. Plus, it resists warping. Its toughness includes resisting the sun’s rays and withstanding weather and the attack of insects. With just occasional washing, poly furniture will look virtually the same after decades as it did on the day you brought it home. It’s a revolutionary building material. After you’ve lived with your Casual Comfort furniture for years without seeing changes, we know you’ll be thrilled you chose poly. CRAFTSMANSHIP - Stylish? Yes. Made of a durable material? For sure. But without a dedicated team of true artisans who are passionate about how they cut and assemble, those qualities would mean nothing. Casual Comfort furniture is designed to fit together precisely. Each cut is accurate, each screw put in straight and tight. Edges are routed to avoid annoying roughness that would spoil your outdoor experience. Closely inspect Casual Comfort furniture and you’ll see that we’ve paid the utmost attention to details during assembly and finishing. NO SHOW SCREWS - Long, strong screws are wonderful for holding furniture together — but not so easy on the eyes. That’s why we’ve designed Casual Comfort poly furniture to hide them internally. It’s not an easy task, and many poly furniture manufactures don’t take the time or trouble to do it. Not every piece of our furniture has no-show screws in all places, such as on underside surfaces, but we’re working to eliminate them there, too. CORROSION RESISTANCE - If you live near salty sea air, relax. Your Casual Comfort furniture hardware can take nature’s pounding. We use only Allochrome 1500+™ hardware, made of a chrome substitute that resists corrosion far better than the bolts typically used. Allochrome is proven to outlast regular 304 and 316 stainless steel hardware. EASY TO CARE FOR - Proper care & maintenance for your fine piece of poly furniture. Poly Furniture is made from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), a recycled plastic that will never need to be painted or stained. It will not rot or splinter, and it contains an added UV protective agent to resist fading. Poly furniture is not affected by most corrosive substances, and will not promote bacterial growth. To maintain the beauty of your furniture, clean it regularly with soap and water. Use only nonabrasive soaps. Do not place flower pots or any items on furniture that will leave stains. Do not place hot items directly onto furniture to avoid melting. All hardware is stainless steel and virtually maintenance free under normal conditions. However, in coastal areas, hardware will need regular rinsing with fresh water to eliminate rusting. If you properly care for your fine piece of poly furniture, you will be able to relax in it for many years!
