Sunday, May 17th at 4pm, join me as I lead a 30 minute donation-based Loving Kindness Meditation for the collective whole at I AM Limitless.
Metta is the act of sending unconditional Loving Kindness, friendliness and compassion to yourself and others. In this time and space, an act of meditative service can help bring cohesiveness to you, your community and the greater consciousness.
I Am Limitless is graciously opening their space to the community, please bring a mat and things to make you comfortable for this 30 minute pause.
