If anyone gets tired of dealing with AI & corporate bs let me be your agent. You will not only save $, but you will have access 7 days to someone on your side with 26 yrs experience. Most importantly it will be done correctly by seeing your entire picture. Safeco/Liberty has about the worst service I've seen in 26 yrs. so stay far away from them and save your money. Script readers are corporate's line of defense for Liberty/Safeco. If you want experience, you have to leave your problem in unanswered v/m's with Liberty. With that attitude why feed their fire? They are too busy self advertising about how much they care about all of us? 12 transfers spanning well over an hour with no resolution is not what an agent or customer should have to endure. The icing, is when asked by a Greg Matthews of Safeco, "who transferred you with Safeco"? Our reply, "We asked her name, she wouldn't give it. All I know it was a black woman's voice". After 1 week of leaving v/m's, a Shawn Nelson (678-519-9614) with Safeco said we were terminated over racial comments?! Their bldg. is 2 blocks from mine. I have never met these people and it was my 1st and only call to them! 26 yrs./7 days a week taking care of customers. Now I'm a racist & she still has her job mismanaging people's careers & lives. Thank u for giving us the 1 month of employment & the threats from your lawyers telling me because it's FL. law they can fire for no reason. Our only call ever to this company & this is their "affirmative action"? Does that give them the reason to make us out to be racist? People don't believe this could happen...Pull the tapes & hold these mgrs. responsible! Debra Pooley, Greg Matthews, & Shawn Nelson. I had to lay off a 25 yr. veteran over your incompentent AI & disservice to the customers. Of the 4 clients I wrote in the month with Safeco not 1 is still with you. Two of them had been with their prior carrier 25 yrs!

If anyone has Liberty Mutual/Safeco insurance not only will I save you money. I personally have answered my cellphone 7 days for 26 years! This is not a typo. There is no reason to give your money to a corporation who makes you wait longer, to pay more, and to have you deal with inexperienced personnel while they can layoff the pros to save the corporation money! Dare to compare..5 minutes to gather your info and 40 companies to shop...i can start you up with no money down! 407-547-7009 Working for you...not the company!
