🚨 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR CONVENTION ATTENDEES 🚨

We’ve been made aware of an unexpected issue with hotel accommodations at our Department Convention venue, the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista. Due to hotel overbooking on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, some members may have been reassigned to a nearby hotel for that night only.

✅ If you were rebooked, the Hilton will cover the cost of your Wednesday night stay.
🏨 The rest of your reservation remains at the Hilton.

This issue was caused by a hotel oversight, and we are actively addressing it. A meeting with hotel management is scheduled for Thursday to resolve the matter.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to correct this situation and prevent it from happening again.

Reminder to our members, we are Hosting the American Legion National Commander for dinner this evening with anticipated arrival of 5:00 and departure at 6:30. if you'd like to attend.
Dinner is Open Faced Roast Beef Sandwich, mashed potatoes w/gravy. cucumber/tomato/onion salad. $8.00 special.
