The star of the show! When someone asks about making sourdough bread off the get go, I recommend getting to know your starter first. The feedings, the rise, how long it takes to reach peak in your environment etc.
It doesn’t take long but it’s very important! The bread starts here 😌

hello January 🩵 Burrr!! It’s cold.
I have slowed down production over here for a little bit while navigating through all different things in life and though that’s hard to stop, slow down and put things on hold it is also very important. I’m still learning that 🤍 I do look forward to making you all some homemade delicious sourdough soon but for now I just want to keep sharing my journey with you. Thanks for the love and support! Onto year 4 this year and I do believe it just keeps getting better! 🍞
