A classic Larkin Co. (Larkin Soap Company) oak desk/table, typically dating from the late Victorian or Golden Oak era (circa 1890s–1910s).
-Fretwork Side Brackets: The distinctive openwork, scrollwork side corner brackets above the bottom shelf are a hallmark design element seen on many Larkin parlor tables, desks, and library stands.
-Construction Details: The quarter-sawn/golden oak wood, turned spindle legs, and dovetail joint construction on the drawer reflect standard late 19th- to early 20th-century American manufacturing for Larkin premiums.
