Locally owned custom cabinet company seeking Operations Manager to join our team. Manage the construction, scheduling and installation of our custom cabinetry while maintaining our high quality standards. Must have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities include:
-Ensure all shop and field operations are completed safely, on schedule and on budget.
-Read plans, confirm layouts and elevations in field prior to construction.
-Interact with contractors and homeowners to ensure client requirements are met.
-Establish work plan for each project and assign duties/responsibilities.
-Inspect work by subcontractors.
-Obtain customer sign off on job completion.

Skill Requirements:
-Basic computer knowledge.
-Working knowledge of cabinet construction and the operation of cabinet shop.
-Excellent communication skills.
