Please read and sign this petition to encourage all states to avoid any tragic issues from happening.
The story below is a story about a friend from high school who was brutally attacked last august.

Pam who died tragically and who had lived in Florida. Pam worked for the USPS and was savagely attacked by 5 dangerous dogs on Sunday morning, August 21, 2022 in Putnam County where those dogs had attacked other people before. Pam Rock was delivering packages in Interlachen, FL when this attack occurred and the incident was reported worldwide.

These same dogs escaped again from the owner’s yard, as previously often reported to the Putnam Sheriff/Animal Control offices.

My family has put together the referenced petition (link below) to gather support from family, friends, and communities NATIONWIDE and elsewhere because this is an issue we ALL could face! The Rock family is seeking an INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATION into all neglected duties (of the owner, Putnam County, Animal Control, State Attorney’s Office, and the Sheriff’s office). Bottom Line: The Rock family, Putnam County residents and indeed all Floridians ask for real justice for Pam.

We need more online signatures from ACROSS the country and even worldwide to show the local Florida officials that others outside of Florida are looking directly at Putnam County and the state of Florida as a whole. This is where you can help postal workers across America and elsewhere, so they are safe AND, no other family must endure what the Rock family and other families who previously had or are now suffering through.

Also, you too can further help by sharing this post/link below with your friends and family encouraging them to submit this petition. Our goal is three-fold: Increase public awareness, hold negligent state/county officials to full account and implement protective measures so ALL individuals are protected.
