‼️ATTENTION COLLEGE STUDENTS‼️
With the moving season approaching us, we wanted to answer a few of the most commonly asked questions we receive during this time!

Q: Can I reserve a storage unit now for the end of May/beginning of June?
A: No, we do not hold units. We rent our storage units on a first come, first serve basis. The day you sign the contract is the day you begin renting the unit. With that being said, we do not know how many units will be available mid-may, or at what locations, until we do inventory at that time.

Q: I only need the storage unit for 1-2 weeks, do I have to pay for a whole month?
A: Yes. Our storage unit contracts are month-to-month, with a one month minimum. You can certainly move-out out of the unit early, but you will need to pay the minimum of one months rent. We pro-rate moving in, but not moving out.

Q: How do I go about getting a storage unit?
A: You can give us a call at 608.785.1770 to see what we have available, and schedule a time to come in and fill out a contract at our office. We require a deposit, (which is the same as one months rent, amount depends on size of the unit, and you will get this back after you move out), $10.55 for the lock that is already placed on the door of the unit, and the pro-rated amount for the remaining days in the month at the time of rental.

There is a very good chance that we'll run out of local units in May, so don't wait until the last minute! Thank you!
