When SELF-EMPLOYED runs in the family!

Today I would like to recognize my great nephew, Lincoln Anselm, for his newest addition to our long family line of SELF-EMPLOYED businesses!

He brought up the point last week to his dad that he was the only one not contributing to the family income in the house and he was very upset about this!

Lincoln says, "Dad, you have a job, mom has a job and both my older brothers are mowing lawns...I am the only one without a job!"
His dad replied, "Well Lincoln, you are little...you are not supposed to have a job."
Lincoln says, "Well I don't want to be the only one not working around here!"
His dad replied, "What do you have in mind?"
Lincoln replied with his master plan, which had already been thought out carefully! "You know that stand you have in the garage out there?"
Dad replies, "Yes, I believe so?!"
Lincoln replies, "I want to turn it into my new lemonade business..and you know what else?"
Dad replies, "What?"
Lincoln replies, "I know just where to put it! I want to take it down to that old gas station in Barlow because there is LOTS of traffic down there and plenty of parking too!"
His dad replied, "Well Lincoln, that's not our property so we will have to go to the city council and talk to them about doing something like that."
Lincoln replies, "Well let's go talk to them dad!"

Of course all went well at the Barlow city hall meeting and he was well on his way to being self-employed!

We did notice that he is QUITE THE SALESMAN and is well on his way to making some money along with the rest of his household!

As a family, we were proud of his success today!
