Dog Eared Furnishings I have restored and painted furniture for years. I find items at thrift stores, yard sales and sometimes by the side of the road!

I am always on the lookout for solid wood furniture that I can restore into quality pieces. I also create new furniture and accessories from unusual sources, like turning a cabinet door into a table, or an orphan drawer into a tray. I enjoy the artistic process and I am big on the recycling aspect. If you need furniture for your home, your lake or beach house or your kid's apartment, this is for you! Lots of emotions after The Painted Tree abruptly closed. But after a couple of months of being mad and feeling sorry for myself and my fellow vendors, I have moved on. I just opened up at Nostalgia South on Chapman Hwy. and I love it! It has a very cool vibe and the most interesting collection of merchandise I’ve ever seen! And the music playing is awesome! Stop by and see my shop if you’re in the neighborhood. I’m in the very back of the store.
