Cold Storage Without Monitoring Is a Gamble.

We’ve started integrating TempLink Monitoring Solutions Monitoring Solutions into our mobile and modular builds for remote temperature monitoring.

Their base unit reads sensors up to two miles away.
Through walls. Through coolers. Across your property.

You set the parameters.
If temps drift, you get a text.

Every temperature is logged automatically and ready for inspection.
No handwritten sheets. No gaps.

For anyone serious about protecting product and maintaining clean QC records, this is one of the most cost-effective loss prevention tools I’ve seen in years.

This is how you build a resilient industry.

Supporting producers who prioritize soil health, native grasses, and regenerative grazing ensures the long-term vitality of both bison herds and grassland ecosystems.

Well done to the National Bison Association for putting producers first.

🎉Producers First Grant Application Now Open🎉

The NBA is happy to announce that the Producers First grant application window for 2026 is now available. To participate, you must submit an initial application through our website: https://nationalbison.org/producers-first/

Grazing bison can be key to healthy grassland ecosystems and provide the most nutrient-dense source of protein available for human consumption. Ranchers are known as excellent stewards of the land, soil, water, and livestock under their care. The Producers First grant program rewards farmers and ranchers for utilizing and implementing practices that improve forage production, plant cover crops, and seed native pastures.

Passing along a message from our friends at Flower Hill Instituteer Hill Institute. Two question survey to help understand the issue of organic waste disposal.
________________________________________________________

Flower Hill Institute is collaborating with the American Association of Meat Processors (AAMP) and our other MPPTA partners to explore avenues that can help smaller processors deal with the challenge of disposing of their processing waste. As a first step, AAMP has developed a short survey for meat and poultry processors. We are passing that along and hope you will take the time to provide input that will help us move forward in developing new options for smaller processors.

Take a Short Survey on Waste Disposal
AAMP wants to hear from you! We would like you to take 3-5 minutes to complete a short survey regarding the disposal of organic waste. This is an anonymous survey; the only information you need to provide besides your thoughts is the state in which you operate. Your feedback helps improve our understanding of the industry and makes us more effective in resolving your problems and speaking to lawmakers.

You can reach the survey at https://institute.us14.list-manage.com/track/click?u=53043c5d8383d55f8a031f528&id=ed99d9b268&e=577f8bff49
Thank you in advance for your help, and feel free to share this survey with any other processors.

PROCESSOR QUESTION: Skinning Cradle Design

What’s the ideal length of a skinning cradle for you?
In a mobile/modular harvest room, does a full 7 ft cradle earn the space or would something shorter be ideal.

If you could redesign your current cradle:
- What would you change?
- What features would you add to improve workflow, safety, or ergonomics?

We’re actively refining cradle designs and want real-world input from people who use them every day.

Great conversations and strong momentum at the National Bison Association meeting.

We had the opportunity to connect with bison producers and processors from across the country, sharing how Mobile Processing Trailers & Supply approaches mobile and modular processing with a focus on humane harvest, durability, and real-world usability.

The quality of conversations at this event reinforces why this industry continues to lead with integrity, stewardship, and long-term thinking. Thank you to everyone who stopped by the booth—we appreciate the trust and engagement.
