What originally started out as doing quick fixer uppers and a back porch pergola at our home in North Carolina, soon became a furniture building hobby once we relocated to Texas. After a successful career and retirement from the United States Army, I am turning my attention to doing what I love, woodworking! Farmhouse tables, coffee tables, entry way tables, bunk beds are some of the many furnitur

e pieces I have since built. My wife Angela assists me in the shop and has started down the path of repurposing vintage furniture recently. We will now offer these unique pieces here! Thank you for shopping local :)

This vintage oak beauty that comfortably seats 4, once repaired and deep cleaned, was given a much needed makeover. The pedestal base of this round dining table was painted in the color, Gravel Road, which is a deeper shade of Greige. Each of the 4 chairs was painted in the color, Fluff. The soft white color of the chairs compliment the slight-washed, driftwood colored table top.

We acquired this vintage, Federal Style Highboy mahogany dresser a few months back, in dire need of repairs and just plain old TLC.
This 38”L x 24” D x 57” H bow front beauty , once repaired and deep cleaned, was given a much needed makeover. The main body of this Tallboy was done in the color , which is a deeper take on a rich purple, an intense and regal hue at best. Each drawer face was painted In complimenting colors by using a fluid paint / paint pour method.
All hardware is original and has been cleaned and given a color makeover as well.

This “Drab to Fab” dining set was located at one of our favorite picking sites a few months back. It needed some serious TLC. After some deep cleaning, a few repairs and a colorful makeover .... this beauty has found it’s new home in Tennessee ❤️.

Well, it was only a matter of time. Our two littles didn’t want to share a room anymore 😥. So what do you do? Improvise! That really cool bunk bed that Albert built a year and a half ago has been turned into two different beds. Check out the transformed bottom bunk! When painting is life.....you add a little Stitch and Angel to the mix, which was well received by this little Stitch fan 🤗
