This Jacobean buffet was my very first collab piece with Dixie Belle Paint Company and it has lived in my foyer since! I have absolutely loved everything about it, but my home design style has shifted from bright pink walls to calm coastal blues and this beauty was screaming for an update! Updating it to a neutral coastal wood look, adding the rattan lamps and the hand-made fishing float art while still keeping some elements of chinoiserie made her perfect! What are your thoughts? Before or after??

Our art world lost an incredible lady today. Heike's Furniture Art nurtured, fostered, mentored so many of us along our journeys and gave selflessly of her gifts and wisdom. I hurt for all of us and especially those closest to her.
