I have been watching the Olympics.

Can someone tell me how a person gets to the Olympics and they don't know if they are a man or a woman ??? How does that happen?

If there is a dick? Its a man! No Dick? Its a woman, unless you see signs of the dick being cut off! Man!

This is not as complicated as the IOC makes it! Dick, Man....No Dick, Woman! Cut off Dick, Man!

Well, I finished the second of 2 case pieces. They are part of a game room. I also did the game table. I am proud of them but I work by myself very slowly and I just had my left knee replaced. So doing these pieces was a miserable experience. But I am happy with them.

It has been a while since I posted anything. Just finish the project. I hate doing cabinets. This is a Mission style dresser, with a rustic twist. There is a secret drawer at the bottom. The point of the triangle is the pull.

New project from Bald Mountain Rustics. I let John, Robin and Joe do most of it, because I hate doing cabinets. Our client was very happy! Hidden electric for each shelf. The wiring runs in the channel at the back of the shelves.

Spalted Maple top with Bark inclusion maple shelves and trim.

Well, Finally finished the Red Cedar Chair. I get to live with this one since the Wuhan Virus has shut everything down. Part of the deal with my Interns is that they get to learn how to make a comfortable chair. A pure wooden chair. The sitting angle and the carving of the lumbar forms the seat. They get to learn how it all works. The geometry of sitting. There is no upholstery or material added to make it feel better. It is either comfortable or it isn't. This one is a Red Cedar log chair. We took the raw half log and carved the seat and back in to the face of it. Leaving the look that it was a log with the the knots and branches. Most of these, I have had for 8 to 10 years, so they have a petina.

So it is in my house. On the one picture you can see the door into the shop. So the shop is never far away. My House Keeper vacuums the rug at the shop door and then we immediately dustify it. It's clean for about 10 minutes.

I noticed the table burl, had $60.00 on it. That is a lot for a little burl, but it has beautiful figure. I over paid for 2 of them, as a set. But the figure makes me feel not so bad. Lets just say, I used to have more money back then, than I have now! I probably made a deal 2 for $100.00.

I fell asleep in it last night, So it does what it is supposed to do! It hugs you!

So, Making progress!

Suffering from Juniperus Virginiana (Red Cedar) Saw Dust Virus. Irritated eyes and sneezing are the symptoms.... It kills you slowly....Thank God!
