After a decision has been made to create a product the following will happen:
1) A bill of materials (cost) will be created and saved.
2) A down payment of the cost of materials will be made before crafting begins.
3) I will be in contact at most times and can even send picture progress reports on your order to keep you up to date and informed on what I'm building for you.
4) Shipping and handling

costs will not be covered by my business, but can be done if re-reimbursed by the buyer.
5) Personal deliveries will cost based on distance.
6) No refunds
