If anybody's looking for a rental this summer, this is a great one. Friend of mine is renting out his property while they are away from about mid-may till mid-august. It's in Kaaawa and they are asking $5,000 a month for a three bed. Two bath on roughly 20,000 ft of land. There's a couple who rents a bottom one-bedroom unit from them, but the main house that you see in the post is what's being offered this summer. If there's any interest let me know and I can connect you with the owner. Just doing this to help them find people but the rental agreements and everything will be direct with the owner.

Not my listing but would love to help a buyer. This new property on Halai Street in hauula just went up for sale. Houses definitely a tear down, but it's possible that if you keep some of the structure your permitting time to build a home could be cut down quite a bit by calling it a renovation instead of a new construction. A little over an acre on a great road! Let me know if interested in seeing or making an offer. Don't think it's going to last too long. And DM land for the listing info.

Located at 54-225 Kaipapau Lp, this is a multi-unit property that would be great for a family purchase! Like I see in the video the properties are older. I'm sure that they need work but to have three separate homes on one property is pretty rare. There's a studio connected to a carport, a two bed and a three bed. Trust me this will be gone quickly. Legal duplex at 54-018 Waikulama St in Hauula. It is an older house, but that's what you would expect for the price. Looks like there's probably some water drainage that goes through the back yard next to the rock wall. But on the plus side looks like there's also two septic tanks installed which should make it easier to add on in the future. Great opportunity. Comment duplex for info. Thunder, lightning and rain at 5am. Just rain at 7 am. Then beautiful clear blue skies at 9am. Clouds were back by 10am. More thunder and lightning this evening.
