During these times, materials are late coming in, help is hard to find, prices are all over the road and it’s more important than ever that you have a backup plan in place; and yes, if I’m going to be honest, sometimes that means coming up with a creative solution off the cuff. Yesterday we finally got our windows in that we had to wait for 16 weeks even though they were promised in 5. Then we were able to bring our insulation team in that we had been putting off, next comes drywall, that starts tomorrow .
