A pantry should be more than just storage, it should feel like a natural extension of the kitchen.

This custom-designed and built pantry features Alabaster painted maple Shaker-style cabinetry, spacious solid maple storage drawers with integrated hand pulls, and hutch-style uppers that provide plenty of room for dry goods, small appliances, and everyday essentials.

To bring warmth and character to the space, we handcrafted the 1 1/4” solid white oak countertops and finished them with a rich custom stain.

Every detail was designed around the space, the home, and how it will be used.

We recently completed this custom two-tone kitchen, designed in-house to balance timeless style with everyday functionality. The perimeter cabinetry is crafted from painted maple in Sherwin-Williams Alabaster, professionally color-matched using Icro Finishes by Hartley Group Coatings , while the island features white oak finished in a rich ebony stain that adds warmth and contrast.

Premium upgrades throughout the space include custom glass mullion cabinet doors, integrated storage accessories, and high-end finishes that create a kitchen built to last for generations.

Every custom project starts with understanding how our clients want to live in their space. For this home, the goal was to create a sophisticated entertaining area with abundant storage, seamless integration, and subtle architectural lighting.

We designed and built these custom Tricorn Black cabinets with integrated LED lighting that illuminates both the cabinet interiors and the natural stone backsplash below. The miter-fold white oak floating shelves were crafted in-house and finished with a custom stain to add warmth and contrast. Every cabinet was custom-built to fit the home’s framing exactly, maximizing storage while creating a clean, built-in appearance that looks as though it was always meant to be there.

The past few months have brought a lot of exciting changes and improvements to our shop, and we’re excited to finally start sharing what we’ve been working on.

We recently completed a full-house cabinetry project, including this custom vanity. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be showcasing this project in more detail, along with several others we’ve had the privilege of creating.

When we started Fjord Form we made it our mission to give back to our community. We kicked off with a corporate donation and we are asking you to support Feed the Need for Johnstown Christian School!

The school is doing a service-based fundraiser called Feed the Need where we pack over 10,000 meals to send to refugee camps and schools in Bangladesh. We are truly Feeding the Need while funding discipleship!

Every Old Home Has a Story
We love the surprises that come with restoring older homes. While completing a current Kitchen renovation, we uncovered live original knob-and-tube wiring tucked behind the walls, a reminder of how far building practices have come. While it was innovative in its day, this wiring can be unsafe today due to brittle insulation, lack of grounding, and risk of overheating.

At Fjord Form, we specialize in kitchen and bathroom renovations that honor a home’s history while bringing it up to modern standards. Today we added the tops to these custom living room cabinets we built, finishing them with a hand-stained rustic white oak counter to match the kitchen. The warm tone of the stain ties both spaces together seamlessly and highlights the natural character of the oak.
