Our Story

Osprey Construction Company, Inc. has been building the highest quality custom homes on Kiawah and Seabrook Islands, SC for over 25 years. During that time, we have experienced just about every issue that could arise in building high-end homes in hurricane prone/FEMA flood zones. The exteriors of homes built on Kiawah and Seabrook are faced with high winds, humidity, blowing rain and salt air throughout the year. We have learned through experience what works and what does not in terms of construction methodologies that allow for maximum longevity of the homes we build. Our goal is to build our clients the home of their dreams on time, on budget and with no surprises. We know that the most effective way to assure our clients’ satisfaction is to be actively involved with the homeowner and the architect through all phases of the building process.
