Finally finished (basically) with my big cabinet job. I’m starting on a couple furniture projects and will be building chairs in the very near future. I still have a couple rockers on hand (one curly cherry and one pommel Sapele chair) if you’re after seating let me know because now would be the ideal time to get on the list. With that I will have a superb walnut slab coming that’d make a nice desk or wrap for a cabinet of some sort. Anywho, here’s a picture of an armoire I made for the boys recently. Henry was in charge of picking out colors and designing the texture.

A lil texture and pop of color never hurt anyone. Since most folks don’t know I can get a vinyl in any color sherwin Williams sells. Just get me a paint code and I can spray it:)

Over the years I’ve been working on making a more affordable form of chair that doesn’t lack in comfort. It’s no secret that the most expensive part of a dining set is seating and while I love just making tables I know by making the whole set a client would be happier in the long run. Anywho after several months of scheming I’ve came up with a high back and low back dining solution that doesn’t break the bank. Of course I’ll continue to build the more luxury versions but if you’re looking for a rock solid chair out of actual hard wood feel free to message me. These will be available in ash, oak, maple, and cherry. Of course walnut and figured woods are available but at a higher price.

My current cabinet job will be wrapping up in a few weeks and I’ll be back to making furniture! If you’re looking for a swanky dining set or bedroom set now would be the time to reach out. I also have on hand lumber for a figured walnut dining set that a client backed out on. So if you’re in the hunt for a set at a bit of a discount let me know:) I have also decided to do a cabinet job or two a year. Howdy everyone! My big cabinet job is coming to a close soon which means I’ll be accepting new furniture jobs. If you’re in the hunt for something live edge now would be a particular good time. I have an open order and could have a slab or two tossed on. I also recently received a big order of afromasia (teak). If you’re after some outdoor furniture to enjoy this spring it would be the time to get on the list.

This year I’ve decided to do a week long sale on bedroom sets and dining sets instead of the Black Friday thing. Since virtually all my work is ordered over the internet I figured cyber Monday was a good day to start that. So from Monday through Friday I’ll be be offering 10% off bedroom and 10% off dining room sets. If you’re interested feel free to message me or just give me a ring!

I’ve been building some cabinets for a bit and this round of them are ready to hit the road! All quartersawn white oak. There’s still a handful of rooms to go but this is the majority of the bathroom vanities and main kitchen.

In other news if you’re after a fancy dining set or rocking chair I have some available clients backed out on.

Spent the day laying finish on this transformer dining set. It starts at 38x38” then expands to 10’. The benches have leaves as well and collapse down to fit under the table and stow away. All the leaves are stored in the coffee table so it’s easy to set up for the 2 times a year you have 15 people over at your place.

In the midst of farm stuff and building kitchen cabinets I made a few rocking chairs that are finally finished and up for grabs! There’s 3 very heavily figured mahogany chairs a figured walnut and a curly cherry rocker. Lemme know if you want to put your name on one as I’m sure this is the last of the chairs for the year.

Howdy everyone! It’s been a minute but I’ve been busy in the background. I guess I’m building cabinets now so if you’re looking for a new kitchen or bathroom that’s significantly nicer than the prefab places let me know! Also I have a handful of rocking chairs that will be finished in the next week available. 3 figured mahogany chairs. A figured walnut and a really nice curly cherry rocker. These will most likely be the last of the chairs this year so let me know if you want one. Also I have an open walnut order so if you’re after something walnutty let me know in the next few days and I’ll get you on the list!
